We had a wonderful stay! - September 2024
Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. It was unseasonably hot and the hotel provided a fan. The staff were very accommodating with my husband’s daily requests for glasses of ice. We ate at the hotel restaurant several times. Our waiter, Cormac, was great. We hope to be back soon.
Very nice stay - September 2024
Very spacious room with nice features including a safe, refrigerator and modern bathroom. The breakfasts had a buffet with numerous choices and many different choices of full breakfast could be ordered. The evening meals offered several meat and fish choices as well as vegetarian options. The food was excellent as was the presentation. Service superb.
Amazing much needed relaxation after hiking -September 2024
After an overwhelming hiking of 6 hrs at Croagh Patrick, it became necessary to go for sauna and relax body muscles. We were warmly welcomed by Mikey at the Leisure Centre who was very polite and helpful enough to make our experience really worthwhile. Looking at us, he explained the available activities quickly so that we can enjoy it. We relaxed and enjoyed at Steam room, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool.
At the end, Mikey also recommended nearby some places options to enjoy Irish music and food which was really helpful and had amazing experience. A must visit it, if you really want to relax after an exhausting physical activity.

Our stay at Castlecourt Hotel, Westport was just great!! Our room on the second floor was spotless, so comfy and plenty big enough for the four of us. The foyer is so tastefully done, and has a lovey atmosphere. The breakfast was beautiful and there was a wide choice in both the buffet and the hot food, which was cooked to order. The staff were so friendly and professional and while we had a concern after we arrived, it was dealt with quickly. The pool was lovely and not busy when we were there. We had a really lovely time and would highly recommend this hotel.
Relaxing experience after climbing Crough Patrick - September 2024
After a day of hiking up Crough Patrick, my new found friends and I decided a sauna was just what our bodies needed to top off the day. We arrived withered and content at the Leisure Centre, greeted by Mikey we instantly knew we’d made the right choice. Mickey’s warm welcome, information and helpful nature set the tone for our enjoyment of the Steam Room, Sauna, Spa and Pool. Upon completion and with a relaxed body and mind both Rebecca and Mikey gave recommendations of where to enjoy the night out in Westport, suggesting brilliant pubs for music and food. For anyone who is thinking about visiting this friendly and relaxing spot, especially if you’ve had a day of hiking. I can highly recommend.
Excellent experience - September 2024
My husband & I stayed in the Castlecourt Hotel for one night last weekend. The Customer Service was excellent as was the evening dinner and the breakfast. We had free secure parking in their underground carpark. We would greatly recommend the Castlecourt for a very enjoyable break/mini break in the heart of Westport.
Great hotel, staff and food - August 2024
Stayed 3 nights in august and thoroughly enjoyed it despite the poor weather. Even though the hotel was full, the staff were without exception friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere at the hotel is pleasant, relaxed and friendly. Despite the choice of restaurants in Westport, we chose to eat at the hotel every night because the food was so good.

Perfect base for touring the beautiful County of Mayo. Achill and the islands a must. Shopping in Westport is a delight. And the evenings relax with a well deserved drink ( or snooze) before fine dining in Porto’s Restaurant at the hotel. Then dance the night away.
Fantastic, staff, rooms and food amazing - June 2024
The Hotel was fabulous from the quality of the room to the food but most of all the staff. Rarely, have we come across such pleasant, friendly and helpful people. Really appreciated that they laid on an early breakfast 5:30 am for the guests competing in GaelForce. This was not our first stay and will certainly not be our last.
Excellent place for wedding reception. Highly recommended - June 2024
There for wedding reception. Dinner was lovely. Catered for all tastes . Had the vegan meal. Excellent. Barbecue the next day which was part of wedding package was excellent. I had chicken and two beautiful salads.Would recommend it as a wedding venue.My main reason for writing this review was because of the professional way the staff dealt with all my queries especially the young man at reception who ensured my query about the name of company who manufactured the blanket on my bed as I wanted to purchase same.Thank you most sincerely for ensuring my query was answered before I left.
Great stay - June 2024
Me and my friends stayed in the castle court hotel for a weekend away and we absolutely loved it! Special mention to Nabil in the leisure centre who was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do during our stay in Westport :)
Really first class stay - June 2024
Stayed for 4 nights with Parrys Coaches, Cheslyn Hay. Rooms comfortable and well furnished. Food in the Portos restaurant at the hotel first class made even better by Elyne our French waitress. Lovely personality with an excellent sense of humour who made our stay really enjoyable. Thank you Elyne.
Great trip May 2024
Went there for a business trip and was treated very well by shane in Portos restaurant at both breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were fantastic and we really enjoyed the wide range of food that was offered at dinner and we will definitely be back again.

Ideal for senior citizens holiday - May 2024
I was with a senior citizens trip. All the group were very happy with the 5 nights stay. Meals were excellent, great dinner menu and beautifully presented. All the staff are well trained and very pleasant and helpful. Entertainment at night good fun and varied. Terrific cooking demo with Xaviar. Easy access to town centre and great shops.
